Sheryl Simpson is a licensed insurance professional with more than 27 years of experience serving individuals, families, and businesses with their insurance and financial protection needs. Throughout her career, she has specialized in helping clients understand their coverage options and make confident, informed decisions in a constantly changing insurance landscape.
Sheryl spent over two decades working in a high-volume captive agency environment, where she gained deep expertise in Property & Casualty insurance, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and small business policies. Her background includes policy reviews, coverage design, risk assessment, and client service — all focused on protecting what matters most to the people she serves.
In addition to Property & Casualty insurance, Sheryl is also licensed in Medicare and health insurance. She works with clients approaching or already in retirement to help them understand Medicare, supplemental coverage, and prescription drug plans, ensuring they have the protection and peace of mind they deserve.
Sheryl proudly served for seven years in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Staff Sergeant with an Evacuation Hospital unit in upstate New York. That experience shaped her strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and dedication to helping others — values she carries into her work with every client.
She is a proud mother of two grown children and has enjoyed raising her family in the Mooresville area, where she values being part of a close-knit community. Sheryl is very active in her church and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking and boating. In her free time, she also loves cooking and spending time with family and friends.
